Have a cozy, quiet, restful Sunday! Lisa, if it must be this cold, it could at least gift us with a little snow. Otherwise, let's ditch this frigid air and bring back 50s!
Happy Sunday. After the devastating defeat yesterday of not getting eggs, I am going to give it a try this morning. At least that is the plan. It is -1* right now and I believe that will be the nadir for the rest of time. Outside of the egg project, nothing else planned. I will pick up some other items for my minimum purchase for the month with the bank interest. That is what is good about self-checkout, I can make the separate purchases without a clerk calling me names. Have a good day. Ciao for now and watch your wallet!
Hi Lisa. Ooh! I don't like the sound of your cold weather. I would be thinking of hibernating until the winter was over lol. It's a pleasant 80f this afternoon but warming up during the week probably around the 100 but that's to be expected.Went to the Garden Centre earlier and bought some Petunia's and a small Russeliashrub also Potting mix as I need to repot a few plants. Will do that later this evening. What doesn't get done this evening I'll do tomorrow. Sure hope your weather warms up some for you as the week progresses. Enjoy your Sunday. Hugs Pat.
I used to use them as a teenager, as did a lot of people back then. I believe rural postmen delivering mail have special dispensation to use them today. They tear up the roads
I hope you are enjoying a fun weekend. Is it ever cold here but by mid week it will warm up and be in the low 70's! Now its moving in the right direction!! Tonight it will get down in the teens again but I have plenty of crocheted blankets to keep snuggly warm. I finished crocheting a doilie for my coffee table and need to make another one. It turned out better than I had hoped!
Enjoy the rest of the weekend whatever you have planned. Have a great night and stay warm. Hugs,Rhonda
Failure: no eggs at Walmart and I am now downtrodden.

The wind is out of the N again..not as windy as yesterday, but it certainly will cut right through you. Staying inside today. Hioe yiur errands are successful.
good morning Lisa,we've all gotten a taste of Winter this week, for sure. My little boy dog got a long overdue haircut yesterday. He will need to wear a sweater now till it grows back or we warm up some. Stay warm and enjoy that coffee!
Had a few more inches of snow yesterday. Quite cold here, 15F/-9C and with the wind chill it feels like 1F/ -17 C. Wishing you a good weekend! Love, Augie
Caturday blessings to you and hope you are having a wonderful weekend.
Do your animals enjoy the cold weather? Our dogs go in and out the doggy door all year long. However, they go out less in the winter. Our dogs might be spoiled!
We don't get a lot of snow most of the time and there are some years, we don't get any. However, we are cold enough to see ice crystals form, if one chooses to go outside and try it.
I did remember to get more birdseed put out before it got cold again. The squirrels must enjoy the cold weather because I can still hear them jumping on the roof from the trees.
Cats, dogs, birds, or whatever the animals, most seem to enjoy the winter much more than I do. I hope you are enjoying the weekends no matter if you are inside or outside or what your weather is like!
Good morning. I open this morning without bananas and/or eggs. I intend to remedy this later when I liberate the car from the garage and rejoin the human race. I shall go to the store and church, It is -4 now going down to -8 by 8am. Then it will get up to 10* later. One more cold night before warming somewhat depending on your definition of that. In either case, I shall be waiting at least for daylight, and maybe wait for it to get to zero. The last time out with the car was the incident of this writer being stuck in the snow bank, for the lack of a better term. Have a good day. Ciao for now and watch your wallet!
Hi Lisa. Wow! Pepper is growing big.Hoping all the cats and kittens stay close to home for warmth and food during the winter.I think Marie would love having them around her home, be it indoors or outdoors.
'Tis Friday! Yayyyy! Lots of us will be in the deep freeze for a few days, some w/snow, some w/o. Stay warm & safe! Are you noticing businesses not quite servicing like they used to before everyone decided they'd rather not work? That's our fav BBQ place. One little tsp of meat on our buns, plus they raised the price by a quarter... for less sandwich. I'm so sick of what's happening to us... But love U 2!!!!
thank you bud. Yes it was a wonderful Pooh day. The girls came for lunch and we had cupcakes and made the whipped coffee recipe I shared with you. It was so good! Haappy weekend.
