BLOGS: A blog, simply put, is something you have written, or written about.

We have a forum you can post pictures, recipes or jokes you want to share; these are not considered blogs and will be removed. On the other hand, for example, a recipe with a story about a recipe that has special meaning would be fine. Greetings to others, thank you's, etc. are not considered blogs and will be removed.

Any concerns may be addressed to Admin by using the Contact Us link found at the bottom of each page. Blog Rules can be found in Terms & Conditions link at the bottom of each page.

Take a moment today to comment on someone's blog or just let them know you liked it. Maybe you can make someone smile today!

So a few days ago, I learned that The Banner News would be ceasing publication. At first I was taken by surprise, yet at the same time, my inner being reminded me that with endings come new beginnings. I’ve witnessed this many times in my life.

A - Announcement: Alphabet Challenge All Over Again
Posted On 11/23/2015 20:38:10 by yourchoice
The first time I was told to consider writing blogs in the A-Z Challenge, I told my friend that I didn’t have time, didn’t know what I would write about, and to leave it to others who were better writers. Another friend reminded me that I always have lots to say (invited or not), so what would be so hard about writing a blog.  When I finally did get started, it got my ‘old brain’ in gear, and I started to enjoy the exercise of deciding on a topic for each letter, and getting my thou... I would also like to encourage people who used to write blogs to come back and get going again, now that the "blog police" h... Read More

I never did get this particular book published, but it was the beginning of a series I did get published with a different publisher, The Sisters Callaway. Want to see more about the series? You can go to my blog here.

This Time it Really Hurt I checked my e-mails and found one from The Wild Rose Press.  A rejection. Of course it’s not my first, yet this one really hurt. &n... Read More

I wrote this post in December of 2007. One writer's journey to publication. This is something that I still do. With every book I've written, I've always get tired of it in the middle somewhere.Yet I always manage to finish them.If I'm remembering correctly I sold this one to Secret Cravings Publishing. What a surprise!Stuck before The End I’m in the last chapters of my current romance, and I’m stuck.  Yicks! Usually I get bogged down in the middle of a novel not at the en... Read More
