got the last few annuals planted in tree stump bed this afternoon.. back sore again..least the rain has stopped and is 70ish, ground is so saturated so a few weeds were pretty easy to pull out too,
Ordered a froggie statue for tree stump bed from Amazon...pic looked cute.. hope is OK..
I was looking at fairy doors to attach to stump but they were all so small I didnt think they;d show up much so went with 9 inch tall froggy instead. should be able to see that OK from my window,, was 20 bucks,,hope he gives me some grins all summer for that! lol

Good morning. Happy May Day. It is a cold and rainy morning in my backyard, 39*F. I did not even bother to throw out the water. Fortunately, I did not have much water so there was no urgency. I am accepting a lot of congratulations on completing the turning of the pages on all three of my calendars. I usually do it piecemeal but after the incident last month of taking 20 days to turn the page of my last calendar, I decided to take the bull by the horns and handle everything this morning. I did this to the detriment of putting off of having my coffee for several minutes. Yesterday was highly successful in doing things which did not have to be done. But the alternative would have been to do nothing, and so once again, I shall accept congratulations from everyone that can read my printed word, and in some cases, hear my voice. I really am uncertain of whether I shall do anything today. There is a possibility of ambition in approximately 2 hours, give or take 37 seconds. It shall be a game time decision.
Have a good day. My sports talk show is just about ready to start but as I have previously explained, I usually get at least a 2 hour head start for various reasons. I don't know what I ever did without a DVR. Videotaping was all right but not as good as a DVR. Ciao for now and watch your wallet!

Are you enjoying a terrific Tuesday? It's a beautiful one for me. Quite warm...temps to reach upper 80s. I've gotten some household chores done and supper in the crock pot and Dave is outside washing the back deck. It has gotten a bit mildewed and he is scrubbing it off so we can paint it in a few days. What's going on with you today? Whatever it is, I hope it's good!
